Training for Repair Technician
8 - 10 weeks Modules: • Performing more complex repairs Dutch, Mathematics, Sustainability, Citizenship & Personal Development Possible paid position: • Repair Technician • Opportunity to complete BBL Tasks: • Independently performing (complex) repairs
For whom is it?
The United Repair Academy is for anyone interested in repairing clothing! We specifically invite individuals without formal education and employment to apply.
Complete the modules at your own pace
Through modular education, each participant can complete modules at their own pace.
Extra attention to language development
We invite everyone to the training and provide extra attention to individuals for whom the Dutch language is still a challenge.
At least 24 hours per week
Every course we offer requires a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week at our location in Amsterdam West.
No tuition fees
There are no costs associated with the training. Additionally, travel expenses are reimbursed for individuals outside Amsterdam.
